1. No Returns or Exchange on Delivered Items
   Once your order is successfully delivered, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please ensure that you check the items carefully before confirming the delivery.

2. Refund and Replacement Eligibility
   Refunds or replacements are only eligible in the following cases:

   • Courier Damage: If the product is damaged during transit, we will offer a replacement or refund.
   • Undelivered Shipments: If your order is undelivered or lost by the courier, we will either resend the order or provide a refund.

3. Order Cancellation
   Orders can be canceled only before the dispatch of the items. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us immediately. Once canceled, a refund will be processed within 7 working days.
